Antonio Bachour career began at the age of 17, when the future guru opened his first pastry shop. Pastry chef works adorn the covers of leading specialized magazines DulcyPas, Gourmet Magazine, Saber y Sabor, Pastry Art & Design, The National Culinary Review. Antonio Bachour is the author of three books that are considered as a standards of the pastry business: “Bachour” and “Bachour Simply Beautiful”, “Chocolate”. Now the master is working on the fourth book on baking art.

In 2011, he was named one of the top ten pastry chefs in America, and subsequently won the 2012 Zest Award for innovation in baking and baking. Zagat called him a “master of confectionery.”
