KICA school conducts gelato course in cooperation with Carpigiani University.
The first time in KICA school will be held the course on natural Italian gelato by Italian chef Luciano Ferrari.
Lucciano has been working in the frozen dessert business for about 30 years: he had his own gelatery, he managed the wholesale gelato business, the author of the book "Gelato and Gourmet Frozen Desserts - A Professional Learning Guide".
Today Luciano is the technical director of Carpigiani Gelato University, the most famous school in gelato sphere.
