Tetyana Verbytska started out as a pastry chef in 2009 starting with writing a blog on livejournal.com. Thanks to interesting content, the blog gain popularity among pastry-passionate readers. Studying in French schools and apprenticeship in pastry stores of France became the opportunity for the pastry chef to-be to gain knowledge and experience. The passion grew into profession.
In 2013 Tetyana Verbytska founded KICA school – Kiev International Culinary Academy that turned into the benchmark of quality in teaching pastry.
