World Pastry Champion
Before Quentin Bailly became a Champion of the World, he worked with the most prominent persons in modern pastry art in France. Hand in hand he created masterpieces with Stephane Glacier, Franck Michel, Philippe Rigollot.
In 2013 his Racer sent the jury into speechless fascination, and handed a victory to French team at world championship in Lyon. Today the flags of Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie participaiting countries lined up on the collar of the chef.
